1. Program Overview

The 6 Figure Stylist is a 12-month mentorship program designed to support personal stylists in building a profitable and scalable business through structured guidance, training, and coaching support.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to the start of the program, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

If you choose a payment plan:

You agree to complete all scheduled payments
Payments are non-cancellable
Failure to complete payments may result in removal of access to the program

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this program and the access provided to mentorship, training materials, and support, all payments are non-refundable.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

Results are dependent on your own implementation and commitment
No guarantees are made regarding specific income or business outcomes

4. Access & Delivery

You will receive access to:

Program materials and recorded trainings
Live coaching sessions (as scheduled)
Private community support
Direct support (within stated boundaries)

Access is granted for the duration of the program.

The structure and content of the program may evolve to best support participants.

5. Participant Responsibility

This program provides guidance, tools, and support.

You understand that:

You are responsible for implementing what is taught
Your results will vary based on your effort, experience, and external factors

6. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Participants are expected to engage respectfully within all program environments, including group calls and community spaces.

Any inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, frameworks, and resources are the intellectual property of Aileen Lane.

They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants within the program and not share personal or business information disclosed within the group.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aileen Lane is not liable for any business, financial, or personal decisions made as a result of participation in the program.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in The 6 Figure Stylist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be required to sign a separate Client Agreement outlining the full terms of participation, including payment obligations, program structure, and expectations.

​Enrollment in the program is not considered complete until this agreement is signed.
